Update the priority of an Incident Response incident
If the priority of an incident should be changed, you can manually update it to reflect its new criticality.
Before you begin
Role required: Responder
- Log in to Incident Response.
- On the left navigation pane, click Incidents.
- Open the incident.
In the Incident Details panel, select a
Priority from the list menu.
The new priority is reflected in the incident and the incident list view.
