Update the priority of an Incident Response alert
If the priority of an alert should be changed, you can manually update it to reflect its new criticality.
Before you begin
Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator
- Log in to Incident Response.
- On the left navigation pane, click Alerts.
- Open the alert.
