Unsubscribe from all notifications

Unsubscribe from all notifications of a specific category.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Incident Response.
  2. Click the profile icon ( The Profile icon) and then select My profile.
    The Profile landing page from where you can easily create or update your profile information.
  3. Click the Notifications tab.
    The page displays all the types of notifications available and all the channels on which you can receive the notifications. Each notification category is displayed as a list with an expandable sub-category.

  4. For the notification category that you want to unsubscribe from, clear all the channel selections.
    You can clear a channel by clicking again on a selected channel. In the following example, the selected channels appear in purple.

    Note: When you clear all the channel selections, all notifications in that sub-category get disabled. The sub-category states are preserved before they are disabled. If you select any channel in future, the notifications in that sub-category inherit the preserved preferences.
