Subscribe to Incident Response

Subscribe to a billing plan that suits your organization's need. If your business needs change or when you need more features, you can upgrade your plan.

We offer these plans for Lightstep Incident Response subscriptions. For pricing and details of each plan, see Pricing.

  • Standard (trial): You begin with this plan when you sign up for an account with Lightstep Incident Response. The trial period lasts for 30 days, and you have access to all the features of our Standard plan.

    After the trial period ends, you will be moved to the free plan. Subscribe to the standard plan to continue using all the features of Lightstep Incident Response.

  • Standard plan: This plan contains the tools you need to respond to alerts and incidents on your services. You're charged based on the number of your active services during a billing period. A service is considered as active if any of the following is true:
    • The service receives at least one alert during the billing cycle.
    • An incident is created with the service during the billing cycle.
  • Free plan: This is our basic plan that gives you access to limited features of Lightstep Incident Response. You can set up two services under this plan. If you don't want to subscribe to the Standard plan after the trial period ends, you will be automatically moved to the free plan.
