Configure the webhook in Site24x7
Configure webhook endpoints so that Site24x7 can use the endpoint to communicate with Incident Response.
Before you begin

About this task
- Log in to your Site24x7 application console.
- Navigate to .
- Click Add Third-Party Integration.
In the Webhooks page, fill in the form:
Field Description Integration Name Name for your integration. Hook URL Webhook URL copied from Incident Response. HTTP method Select POST. Post as JSON Select this checkbox. Send Incident Parameters Select this option. Accessibility Select Global. Send Custom Parameters Select if you want to send custom parameters to Incident Response. These parameters will be available in Incident Response alerts under Additional info. Authentication Method Select Basic/NTLM. Integration level Select the monitors or tags from which alerts should be sent to Incident Response. Trigger Alerts for Monitor Status Change Select the monitor status changes for which you want alerts sent to Incident Response.

Alerts triggered by the monitors you selected will created alerts in Incident Response.
