Send an alert to trigger escalation policy from a service
Send an alert to trigger escalation policy for a service.
Before you begin
Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator
- Log in to Incident Response.
On the navigation pane, click Services.
Click the name of the service you want to edit.
The View service page appears.
Click Send an Alert.
The Send an Alert form appears.
On the form, fill in the fields.
Field Description Description Brief description on the alert. Priority Priority of the alert.
- Click Submit.
