Search for a specific user

Search for a specific user using the search field.

Before you begin

Role required: Stakeholder, Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Incident Response.
  2. On the navigation pane, click Users.

  3. In the search field, enter the name of the user, search using wildcard characters, or use the search icon (Search icon to find items quickly.).
    To perform a single-character wildcard search, use the “?” symbol to look for a character. To perform a multiple-character wildcard search, use the “*” symbol to look for zero or more characters. You can use wildcard searches at the end or middle of a term.
  4. Press the Enter key.

    If the user is available, the user card appears in the content area.
