Re-subscribe to notifications to receive notifications again.
Before you begin
Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator
Procedure
Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
Select the profile icon and then select Notification Preferences.
The page displays all the types of notifications available and all the
channels on which you can receive the notifications. Each notification category
is displayed as a list with an expandable sub-category.
For each notification category, select the channels through which you want to
receive notifications, such as email, phone, or Slack.
For each notification category, click See all and enable
the notification sub-categories using the toggle switch ( ).
Note: Purple indicates that the notification is enabled.
