Reset your multi-factor authentication

Reset your existing multi-factor authentication (MFA) if you replace the phone or authenticator you had.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator


  1. Log in to Incident Response.
  2. Navigate to My Profile
    Edit profile menu
  3. Select Settings in the header.

  4. Select Edit in the Other settings module.

  5. Select the Reset MFA token toggle switch.

  6. Select Save.
    You will go through the MFA setup process on your next sign in.
