Reset your multi-factor authentication

Reset your existing multi-factor authentication (MFA) if you replace the phone or authenticator you had.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator


  1. Log in to Incident Response.
  2. Navigate to My Profile
  3. Click Settings in the header.

  4. Click Edit in the Other settings module.

  5. Click the Reset MFA token slider.

  6. Click Save.
    You will go through the MFA setup process on your next sign in.
