Reopen an Incident Response incident

Reopen a closed incident if you think the issue is not yet resolved.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Incident Response.
  2. On the left navigation pane, click Incidents.
  3. Select Closed Incidents from the Filters in the list view.
  4. Open the incident you want to reopen.
  5. Click Reopen.
    Reopened incidents appear in the Incidents list view.
    Note: If you have more than one incident to reopen, use the back arrow button in your browser to return to the list view. Using the back arrow button retains the Closed filter for the list view.

    If you click Incidents in the left navigation, it defaults to all Open incidents.
