Remove Zoom integration from Incident Response

Remove an authorized Zoom integration when it is no longer required.

Before you begin

Zoom must be already integrated in the system.

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

About this task

A user with a responder or manager role can remove only the integration they have created. An administrator can remove any integration in the system.


  1. Log in to Incident Response.
  2. On the navigation pane, click Integrations.

  3. Click the Zoom integration card.
    Reauthorize Zoom integration.
  4. Click Remove.
    The Zoom is now removed from the Incident Response instance.
