Re-invite a user

Send invitation to a user who was previously invited but has not yet signed up to Incident Response.

Before you begin

Role required: Stakeholder, Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
  2. On the navigation pane, select Users.

  3. On the user card, click the Re-invite link.
    Re-invite user option.
    An invitation is sent to the user if the user is active.
    Note: The Re-invite link appears only for any user who has not signed up.
