Reauthorize an existing Zoom integration

Reauthorize Zoom when there is an issue with the authentication (auth) token or when the Zoom version gets upgraded.

Before you begin

Zoom must be already integrated in the system.

Role required: Responder, Manager or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
  2. On the navigation pane, select Integrations.
    Integrations landing page.
  3. Click the Zoom integration card.
    Zoom is integrated.
  4. Click Reauthorize.
  5. On the Confirm Zoom Reauthorization dialog box, click OK.
    The Zoom integration is reauthorized.
