Configure the webhook in MongoDB Cloud Manager

Configure webhook endpoints so that MongoDB Cloud Manager can use the endpoint to communicate with Incident Response.

  1. Log in to your MongoDB Cloud Manager application console.
  2. Navigate to Projects > Integrations.
    Project Integrations page.
  3. Scroll down and on the Webhook Settings tile, click Configure.

  4. On the Webhook URL field, enter the webhook URL copied from Lightstep Incident Response.

  5. Click Activate and then click Close.

  6. Navigate to Projects > Alerts.

  7. Click Add New Alert.

  8. In the Create a New Alert dialog box, perform the following steps:
    • Alert if: Specify alert conditions and thresholds.
      Create a new alert form.
    • For: Select the host type that applies to this alert.
    • Send to: Click the Add drop-down and select Webhook.

  9. Click Save.
