Modify user information

Does one of your users need to update their user profile? Here's how you can modify the profile and contact information of a user.

Before you begin

Role required: Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Incident Response.
  2. On the navigation pane, click Users.

  3. On the content area, click the user card of the user whose information you want to modify.
    You are directed to the profile page of the user.

  4. Update the user details, as required.

  5. Click Save.
    User details are updated.
