View services using your mobile

View all the services of the primary on-call team of which you are a member. You can also view all the services available in Incident Response.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

About this task

The status of a service can be any one of the following:
  • No issues: When the service has no alerts or incidents associated with it.
  • Alert: When the service has at least one alert associated with it.
  • Degraded: When the service has at least one incident associated with it.


  1. Access your instance using the Lightstep Incident Response mobile app.
  2. On the tab bar, select the more icon The More icon on the Tab bar..
    My Profile option under the More icon.
  3. Tap Services.
    The Services list.

    Under the My team's services tab, you can view all the services of the teams you are a part of. The All services tab displays all the services available in the organization.

    To get a detailed view of any service, tap the service record.

    Note: In the details section, the Incident field does not appear as there is no incident associated with this service. However, the count of the incident appears in the header.
