View your schedule using your mobile app

View your schedule to know your upcoming shifts, time offs, and coverage.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Access your instance using the Lightstep Incident Response mobile app.
  2. View your on-call schedule in one of the following ways:
    OptionAction
    On the Home page View on-call information just below the header.
    On-call schedule at the header.

    Tap the on-call information to view the list of 10 on-call shifts within the next 30 days.

    To see your schedules in a calendar view, tap My calendar. Under the calendar, you can see a list of events for the day that you select. If you tap any events, you will be able to view the details of the event. The calendar view is for the next 90 days.

    From your profile
    1. Tap your profile photo.
    2. On the My Profile page, tap Schedule and view the list of 10 on-call shifts within the next 30 days.

      To see your schedules in a calendar view, tap My calendar. Under the calendar, you can see a list of events for the day that you select. If you tap any events, you will be able to view the details of the event. The calendar view is for the next 90 days.

    From the Tab bar
    1. On the tab bar, tap the more icon (The More icon in the Tab bar.)
    2. Tap My Calendar and view the list of 10 on-call shifts within the next 30 days.

      To see your schedules in a calendar view, tap My calendar. Under the calendar, you can see a list of events for the day that you select. If you tap any events, you will be able to view the details of the event. The calendar view is for the next 90 days.

    In the list, shifts are in green, time offs are in red, and coverages are in orange.
