Update your profile photo using your mobile app

Update your profile photo whenever you want.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Access your instance using the Lightstep Incident Response mobile app.
  2. Open your profile in one of the following ways:
    • Tap your profile icon.
      Your profile icon.
    • On the tab bar, tap the more icon (The More icon in the Tab bar.) and select My Profile.
      My Profile option under the More icon.
    The My Profile page appears.

  3. Tap the Action icon (Action icon).
    The action sheet appears.

  4. Tap Update profile photo.
  5. Take a photo or upload an existing photo from the gallery.
  6. Click Submit.
    Your profile photo is updated.
