Send a mobile alert to the desktop
Switch between the Lightstep Incident Response mobile app and your desktop without any hassle. The Lightstep mobile app works seamlessly with the desktop version of Incident Response. Send a mobile alert and continue working on your alert from desktop.
Before you begin
Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator
- Access your instance using the Lightstep Incident Response mobile app.
On the tab bar, tap the alerts icon ().
Alerts appear as a list under the following tabs:
Tab Description My open List of all open alerts assigned to you or for which you are a part of the responder list. Unacknowledged List of all the unacknowledged alerts in your organization. All alerts List of all the alerts in the organization.Note: To view the details of an alert, tap the alert record.
- Tap to open the alert record.
Tap the action icon () and tap Work on desktop.
On your desktop, a confirmation dialog box appears to confirm that you want to continue working on desktop from your mobile session.
The alert record opens on the desktop.
