Home page in your mobile app

When you sign in to the  Lightstep Incident Response  mobile app, you start at the home page, where you can view the alerts and incidents assigned to you or your team, pending work for any open alerts and incidents assigned to you, or any services you own. You’ll also find unacknowledged alerts and incidents. You can tap any of the options to get a detailed list.

The home page view is different for each user, depending on their role and permissions.

On-call information Your current on-call information.
Note: If you tap on it, you are directed to My Calendar where you have the option to view your schedule.
My active alerts and incidents Displays the following alerts and incidents:
  • All the open incidents that are assigned to you or where you are a part of the responder or the stakeholders list.
  • All the open alerts that are assigned to you or where you are a part of the responder list.
  • All the unacknowledged alerts assigned to your teams.
My work
  • My open alerts: All the open alerts assigned to you or where you are a part of the responder list and all the unacknowledged alerts assigned to your teams.
  • My open incidents: All the open incidents assigned to you or where you are a part of the responder list.
  • Services I own: Services that you own.
My team's work Displays option for the following:
  • Open alerts assigned to my teams
  • Open incidents assigned to my teams
  • Services assigned to my teams
  • Teams I am a part of
  • Teams I manage [This option is only available to the manager of the team.]
