Configure the webhook in LogicMonitor
Configure webhook endpoints so that LogicMonitor can use the endpoint to communicate with Incident Response.

- Log in to your LogicMonitor application console.
- Navigate to .
- Click Add.
Select Custom HTTP Delivery from the Start New
Custom HTTP alert delivery methods (webhooks) are used to send alert notification data to an external system via HTTP GET or POST requests.
In the Manage Custom HTTP Delivery Integration dialog box, fill these
Field Description Name Name of the integration Description Details of the integration. Use the same URL and data to notify on various alert activity Select this option.
This sends HTTP requests for alert acknowledgments, clears, and/or escalations/de-escalations to the same URL that the initial HTTP requests for new alerts were sent.
Use different URLs or data formats to notify on various alert activity Do not select this option. In addition to new alerts, send notification on these alert activities Alert statuses that should trigger an HTTP request. HTTP Method HTTP method to be used for the HTTP request. Select HTTP Post.
Leave the Use Custom Headers check box cleared.
URL URL to which the HTTP request should be made. Paste your webhook URL from Incident Response. Username This field should be left empty. Password This field should be left empty. Alert Data For alert data:
- Select the date format as Raw.
- Select Format as JSON.
- Paste the payload from Incident Response in the text field.
- To send a test alert to test whether you’ve configured the integration correctly, click Test Alert Delivery.
- Click Save.
