Thundra APM integration with Incident Response

Thundra APM is a tool for the end-to-end management of distributed applications across serverless architectures, containers, and virtual machines. Based on the alerting poilicies in Thundra, you can filter your functions, invocations, and traces with detailed queries. Incident Response can handle the alerts generated from the alerting policies in Thundra.

What does Lightstep Incident Response offer Thundra APM users?

Alerts in Thundra APM trigger alerts in Incident Response. You can add Thundra APM as a new service or attach its alert remediation capabilities to an existing service.

Incident Response acts as a handler for these alerts and determines the right people to notify based on escalation policies, previously provided points of contact, and on-call schedules. Users are notified based on their notification preferences. Alerts are escalated until they are acknowledged or closed.

When an alert is triggered in Thundra APM, an alert is created in Incident Response.
