Install Lightstep Team Bridge

Install the Lightstep Team Bridge application on your enterprise ServiceNow instance. Lightstep Team Bridge enables Lightstep Incident Response to communicate and synchronize with your enterprise ServiceNow instance.

Before you begin

Check with your enterprise ServiceNow instance administrator and confirm that this integration with Lightstep Incident Response is approved.

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
  2. From the navigation pane, select Integrations.
  3. Click the ServiceNow integration card.

  4. Click the Lightstep Team Bridge link.
    The link opens the ServiceNow store to install the application.

  5. Install the Lightstep Team Bridge application from the ServiceNow store.
