Import a service from ServiceNow enterprise instance
Import services with its associated team and team members from the ServiceNow enterprise instance.
Before you begin
You must be connected to your enterprise instance. Set up the connection by selecting Integrations on the navigation pane and selecting the integration card. See Connect to your ServiceNow instance. See Connect to your ServiceNow instance.
Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator
About this task
- Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
On the navigation pane, select Services.
Click Import a service.
Select the application service to import and click Import service
You can either select a specific service or all the services.
To create a local on-call team, select the Create a local on-call
team from the users? check box.
If you click Skip, users are not imported with the service.
Click Yes, include <n> user, where n is the number of
user imported with the service.
The service is imported. You can find the service on the service landing page, under the All active services tab.
