Export your team's on-call schedules to a .csv file

Export your on-call schedule to a .csv file. You can use the data to generate different reports for your organization.

Before you begin

Role required: Stakeholder, Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
  2. On the navigation pane, select On-call teams.
    The On-call teams landing page from where you can search for a team, sort teams, or create a new team.
  3. Click the team's card for the on-call schedule whose schedules you want to export.
    By default, the On-call schedule tab is selected.

  4. Click the more actions icon (The More actions icon) and then select Export to csv.
    Export to csv option.
    The Select date range dialog box appears.
    Date range for which you want data to be downloaded.
  5. In the Start date and the End date field, select the dates whose data you want to export to the .csv file.
  6. Click Export.
    A .csv file is downloaded.
