You can export alert information to a CSV file.
Before you begin
Role required: Responder, manager, administrator
- Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
- On the left navigation pane, select Alerts.
Determine which filters you want to use and select them from the Filters menu.
Select Clear All to export all alert data.
The Export button only becomes available if there are records in the list view.
The export contains all alert data that matches your filtered list including any related alerts that match, whether their primary alert matches or not.
- Select anywhere in the list view to close the Filters menu.
Select Export and select Email or
Download from the popup.
For Email: Once the export is complete, a success messages appears with your account email address at the top of the screen. It's useful for larger files because, depending on the size of the file, exporting may take some time. Email runs in the background, so you are free to do something else while waiting.
For Download: The popup begins exporting and the file appears in your Download directory. Depending on the size of the file, this may take some time. You can open it in any application that supports CSV files.
