Disconnect from your ServiceNow instance

Remove the connection between your ServiceNow instance and Incident Response.

Before you begin

Role required: Administrator


  1. Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
  2. From the navigation pane, click Integrations.
  3. Under Installed integrations, select the ServiceNow integrations card.
  4. In the ServiceNow Integrations page, click Disconnect.
  5. Type Disconnect (case insensitive) in the text field.

  6. Click Disconnect.


The connection with your enterprise ServiceNow instance is disconnected.

If you establish a new connection later, users can be re-linked with the ServiceNow instance by importing the same users by email address. Previously imported services and synchronized incidents cannot be re-linked.
