Disconnect from your ServiceNow instance
Remove the connection between your ServiceNow instance and Incident Response.
Before you begin
Role required: Administrator
- Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
- From the navigation pane, click Integrations.
- Under Installed integrations, select the ServiceNow integrations card.
In the ServiceNow Integrations page, click
- Type Disconnect (case insensitive) in the text field.
- Click Disconnect.
If you establish a new connection later, users can be re-linked with the ServiceNow instance by importing the same users by email address. Previously imported services and synchronized incidents cannot be re-linked.
