Delete an escalation policy when it is no longer required.
Before you begin
Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator
Note: Only the responder who created the team, the manager of the team, or an
administrator can delete an escalation policy.
Procedure

Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.

On the navigation pane, select On-call teams.

Click the team's card whose escalation policies you want to delete.

Click the Escalation policies tab.

On the escalation policy card, click the more actions icon (
) and then select Delete.

On the Delete escalation policy dialog box, click
Delete.
The escalation policy is deleted.
