Search for an incident using Filter Builder
If the default incident filters do not give you the alert list you are looking for, try the Filter Builder.
Before you begin
Role required: responder, manager, administrator
- Navigate to Incidents.
Select Filter builder from the Filters list menu.
Select conditions from the list menus.
Note: There is no limit on the number of conditions you can have. However, the more conditions you have, the less likely it is that you will get results you wanted. If you change your mind, select Clear custom filter. It clears all filters and returns you to the list view.
Select Run filter.
The list view now contains any alerts matching your conditions. Your selections are retained until you change them.
