Create 24/7 shift coverage for your team

Create 24/7 shift coverage so that there is no gap in your team's shift coverage.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Note: Only the responder who created the team, the manager of the team, or an administrator can create 24/7 shift coverage.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Incident Response.
  2. On the navigation pane, click On-call teams.
    The On-call teams landing page from where you can search for a team, sort teams, or create a new team.
  3. Click the team's card for which you want to create automatic 24/7 shift coverage.
    By default, the On-call schedule tab is selected.
    View on-call schedule page for the team.
  4. Click Auto-fill shifts.
  5. On the Creating auto-fill shifts confirmation dialog box, click Create.

    Shifts are automatically added wherever there is gap in your team shift coverage.
