Change or reset Incident Response password

Change your Incident Response password for security reasons or reset your password if you forget it.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Navigate to https://<subdomain>.airapp.lightstep.com.
    The Log in window appears.
    Enter email address.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address and select Next.
    Enter email address.
    Note: The Forgot your password? link does not appear unless you enter an email address.
  3. Select Forgot your password?.
    Email address to get the instructions to reset your password.
  4. Select Next.
    An email is sent to you with instructions to reset your password.
