Change the billing owner

Change the billing owner in Incident Response. The billing owner is the person responsible for payment for usage.

Before you begin

Role required: Stakeholder, Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
  2. Select the profile icon ( Profile icon.) and then select Account management.
    Account management page.
  3. From the Billing owner tile, click Change billing owner.
    By default, the user who created the Incident Response account is the billing owner.

  4. In the Billing owner field, enter the user whom you want to make the billing owner.
  5. Click Add.
