Configure the webhook in Atatus

Configure webhook endpoints so that Atatus can use the endpoint to communicate with Incident Response.

  1. Log in to your Atatus console.
  2. Navigate to Alerting > Notification Channels.
  3. Click Create new notification channel.
    Create a new notification channel.
  4. In the create form, fill in the fields: Select the channel type as Webhook.
    Field Description
    SELECT A CHANNEL TYPE Select Webhook.
    Channel name Name for the channel.
    URL Webhook URL copied from Incident Response.
    Notification channel form.
  5. Click Create channel.

What to do next

Add the webhook notification channel to the alert policies that you want Incident Response to handle. 

  1. Navigate to Alerting > Alert Policies.
  2. Create a new policy or edit an existing one. For detailed information, see Alert Policies.
  3. Enter the details for the policy.
  4. In the Notification channels field, select the webhook notification channel created for Incident Response.
