Configure the webhook in Airbrake

Configure webhook endpoints so that Airbrake can use the endpoint to communicate with Incident Response.

  1. Log in to your Airbrake application console.
  2. Create a new project or edit an existing one.
    Enter the details for your project. For detailed information on setting up your project, see Quick start.
  3. Select the Integrations tab.
  4. From the navigation panel, click Webhook.
  5. In the URL field, enter the webhook URL you copied from Incident Response.
    Enter webhook URL.
  6. Click Save.
  7. If you want to check the connection with Incident Response, click Test integration.
    This will create an alert in Incident Response.
  8. Navigate to the Settings tab and select the Severity threshold for generating alerts.
  9. Click Save.


Notifications triggered for the Airbrake project will create alerts in Incident Response.

Note: When an alert is closed in Airbrake, it's not automatically closed in Incident Response. Alerts from Airbrake must be manually resolved in Incident Response.
