Add your payment information

Add the payment method for your subscription.

Before you begin

Role required: Stakeholder, Responder, Manager, or Administrator


  1. Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
  2. Select the profile icon Profile icon. and then select Account management.
    Payment info tile.
  3. From the Payment info tile, click Add.
  4. Select your country and enter the zip/post code.
    Add your location details.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Enter your credit card details.
    Enter credit card details.
    Note: On entering the credit card details, you're authorizing ServiceNow to charge you periodically for the services you use.
  7. Click Save Card.


Your credit card information is saved. To change your credit card details, from the Payment info tile, click Edit.
