Add a service to an incident

Add a service to an incident to increase the amount of data for the incident.

Before you begin

Role required: Responder, Manager, or Administrator

Procedure

  1. Log in to Lightstep Incident Response.
  2. On the left navigation pane, select Incidents.
  3. Open an incident.
  4. In the Incident Details panel, select a Service from the list menu.
  5. Select Save.
    Note:

    When a Service is deleted, its integrations, alerts, incidents, and automation rules are removed. This is not a recoverable action so consider deactivating the service instead.
