As Director of Partnerships at LightStep, you’ll be responsible for the development of strategic planning and execution of revenue-driven partnerships. In the rapidly growing market of observability solutions, you’ll push forward co-marketing opportunities, data integrations, product integration, and sales partnerships to increase the value of LightStep within the broader ecosystem of enterprise software development and operation. Reporting into the C-level, you’ll be expected to regularly report on revenue impact, end-user engagement, and the long-term opportunity within the market as you build up a team to realize these goals.

To excel in this role, you’re an entrepreneur at heart. You’re excited to be at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and strategic relationship building. This will be a greenfield opportunity to build and manage a small, fast-paced team to iteratively execute this vision while staying closely coordinated with the efforts of the LightStep department executives. You’ll be pairing your long-term goals with a strong bias for immediate action and feedback.
