LightStep is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive awareness and new opportunities for LightStep. We are seeking people who enjoy both being creative, and leveraging data to make decisions and take risks. 
 
In this role, it’s important that you are able to run short-term experiments, work well with a team, and have deep empathy for others.
 
What you’ll do:
Drive website traffic through experimentation with content, SEO, and SEM
Measure and optimize content performance
Partner with the larger team to improve the acquisition, activation, retention, referral process
Run marketing experiments and a/b test results 
Grow our YouTube and social media channels
Identify greenfield opportunities for new content or other channels
Repurpose existing content for new audiences or channels
Understand and identify customer “aha moments” in the product
 
Requirements
You have 1-3 years of work experience in B2B growth marketing for a technology company
You have a strong understanding of modern SEO
You have created viral loops or viral content for a technical audience
You can repurpose and repackage existing content for experiments and campaigns
You can measure the efficacy of your efforts, and adjust strategies and tactics based on the data 
You feel comfortable taking measured risks
You are detail-oriented, metrics-driven and a strong analytical thinker
You are able to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and drive toward results
You thrive on your strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to effectively and efficiently work within a fast-paced environment
You have great attention to detail
You understand the B2B technology purchase process

You are design savvy
You have experience with influencer marketing
