Heather Waters is a content marketing manager and managing editor of the blog at Lightstep from ServiceNow. Previously at Pegasystems, she owned and led the the global content strategy for the company's intelligent automation offerings. When she's not untangling customer pain points, she enjoys throwing pottery, hapless gardening, and all things cheese. She lives in the Boston area and holds a certificate in marketing strategy from Cornell University.
